14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email admin@lullabestore.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please include photos where possible. Contact us before posting the item so we can confirm the return instructions.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, the customer pays return postage. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, Lullabé will cover the relevant return postage and help arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds and exchanges

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Exchanges depend on stock availability; contact us to discuss the available options.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. The unused, unwashed and original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not remove your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
