This website is operated by THE FINEST TOUCH EMPIRE (003047152P), trading as Lullabé. These terms apply to purchases made through lullabestore.com and use of our online store. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Using our store

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful activity.

Products and availability

Product details, sizes, materials, prices and available options are displayed on each product page. Colours can appear differently on different screens. Please review the selected variant before ordering. Coming Soon products and concept images are previews; final specifications and prices will be confirmed before those products become available for purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or other charges are shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be completed using a payment method offered at checkout. We do not charge an additional amount without informing you and obtaining your agreement.

Orders

Please check your order before submitting it. After checkout, an order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or a material error affects your order, we will contact you to agree on a correction or cancellation and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch. After dispatch, please refer to our returns policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds

We deliver within Malaysia. Orders are dispatched within 1–4 working days after payment confirmation; courier transit time is additional. See our Shipping Policy for delivery charges and our Return and Refund Policy for the 14-day return process.

Product use

Follow the care and use instructions provided with each product. A nursing cover must be used with attention to your baby’s position and comfort. If using a cover as a swaddle, stop swaddling when your baby shows signs of trying to roll. Product age ranges are not recommendations to continue swaddling to that age.

Privacy and website content

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Brand assets, images and written content on this website belong to their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

Consumer rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
