Shipping policy

Delivery within Malaysia

We currently ship to addresses in Malaysia only. All shipping charges are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 working days after payment is confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is our processing time; courier transit time is additional and can vary by destination.

West Malaysia

Standard delivery is RM10. Delivery is complimentary for orders of RM150 or more after discounts and before shipping.

Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan

• Below 800g: RM15
• 800g–1,000g: RM20
• Above 1,000g and below 2,000g: RM25
• 2,000g and above: RM30

The applicable charge is calculated from the shipping weight at checkout.

Tracking and delivery details

Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
